IMPORTANT!  There will be no parking facilities at the City Centre showroom. Please park your vehicles at the nearby HDB buildings' car parks.

How to collect the Race Entry Pack?

Bring along your confirmation slip and photo ID to redeem the race entry pack. If you are unable to collect the race entry pack in person, you can authorize another person to collect on your behalf. The authorized personnel will need to provide his/her photo ID and the confirmation slip. Authorization letter is available here.

You can retrieve the confirmation slip by keying in the participants Birth Certificate/Passport number and Date of Birth, under the Check Race Status button on the event website.

*Please note that it is COMPULSORY for participants to display their Race BIB on race day. No BIB No Race!

*There will be no collection of race kit on race day.

RACE KIT

Your Race Kit will contain the following:
1) A Championchip together with strap
2) A security wrist tag for each athlete. Without this you will not be allowed into the Transition Area.
3) A pair of Competition Numbers with safety pins for Individual participants and 3 pieces of Competition Numbers for Relay Teams.
4) Three number tags for your helmet, which should be displayed in front and on both sides of the helmet
5) A Bicycle Number Flag which must be properly secured on the seat post of your bicycle.
6) Saab 9-3 SportCombi fan
7) TISSOT voucher - 15% off all Tissot time pieces, valid at only Tissot shop! (8 June to 31 Aug 2008).

CHAMPIONCHIP

The Championchip is the sole means of race timing measurement.
No Chip = No Timing = DNF (Did Not Finish)

The Championchip issued to you in you race kit had been scanned against your name and registered event and category. Please ensure that you do not mix up the Championchip with that of your friends or interchange with them.

All participants in the individual and/or in the relay category must ensure that the Championchip bands are securely strapped to their left ankles before the beginning of any leg of the race.
Participants not adhering to the rule of strapping the Championchip band to their left ankle may be disqualified.

All participants are reminded that the Championchip and strap are loan items, which must be returned immediately after the race. A $50/= penalty applies for any loss of the Championchip and strap.
